主讲人简介:Chugh has been at Southern Illinois University Carbondale(SIUC) since 1977.He is currently a Professor of Mining and Mineral Resources Engineering at SIUC and a Distinguished Overseas Professor at the China University of Mining and Technology- Beijing.He has BS,MS,and PhD degrees in Mining Engineering; the latter two from the Pennsylvania State University in 1968 and 1971.Currently,he is active in rock mechanics and ground control,dust control,mine subsidence reclamation rescarch.
